Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Thank you so much for shopping with Arivella!  We want to make sure your purchase brings you as much joy as possible. If you don't love your item we can issue a refund to the original form of payment if we receive the return within 15 days of purchase for in-store purchases or 15 days after order arrival for online purchases.  All return items must be in new condition and cannot be worn, washed, or otherwise altered, and with the original tag.  We do not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items.  

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the condition of the item.

Gift cards, body suits, undergarments, sale items, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

IN STORE

We accept returns or exchanges for online or in-store purchases at our store.  Please bring your original invoice or receipt along with the items.  If your item was a gift, we will exchange or provide a merchandise credit.

We may require a photo ID for returns to help prevent fraud.  

BY MAIL

To return your item, package the item in a box or other packaging to ensure it is not damaged.  Please include your original invoice.  If you need a copy of the invoice, please email us at info@shoparivella.com. You should ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Arivella reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the item's condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.  Shipping costs are non refundable.

EXCHANGES BY MAIL

We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We inspect every item prior to shipping to try to ensure this does not occur.  You must notify us within 3 days of order arrival if your item is defective or damaged. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shoparivella.com and ship your item to: Arivella, 1721 Kenilworth Ave.  Charlotte NC 28203.  We will ship your exchanged item (if available) within 3-5 business days.
