Rewards Cards

REWARDS CARDS 

• Arivella is not responsible for  rewards cards that are lost or stolen 
• Customer must reach $500 in spending within one year of issue date written on punch card 
• Customer must use $50 off coupon within on year of issue date written on the punch card 
• Customer must spend $50 or more when redeeming $50 off coupon. No remaining balance will be credited to customer 
• $50 off coupon applies to next purchase after customer reaches $500 goal 
• RETURNS: 
• When a customer reaches the $500 goal, Arivella associates will verify in our system that the customer has reached $500 in purchases, net of any returns. 
• If the customer has made returns that result in total purchases of less than $500, Arivella associates will issue a new rewards card with the corrected amount.
